World Markets At This Hour

World markets returned to the green zone after the panic that followed the Fed Chair’s recent hawkish comments at the Jackson Hole Symposium.

Asian stocks finished mixed. European stocks are trading higher. Wall Street Futures are also trading in positive territory.

The Dollar reversed course and the Dollar Index retreated to a low of 108.29. Bond yields mostly eased. Crude oil prices dropped as fears of a slackening in demand outweighed supply concerns. Gold edged down. Cryptocurrencies rebounded.
