Vitalik Buterin warns about the onset of fake accounts on Twitter

The founder and the main ideologist Ethereum Vitalik Buterin enjoys great popularity and is a significant figure in the crypto industry. Therefore, any of his statements and actions in social networks can influence certain events.

Accordingly, this popularity is not averse to take advantage of scammers. For example, in Twitter, this topic is streamed. Recently, we wrote about how the doubles Trump and Mask entice Bitcoin from Twitter users. Vitalik Buteren is no less popular in this regard.

Apparently it's pretty much concerned Vitalik that in his official Twitter account, he issued a warning, which reads:

"The time it takes scammers to copy my new profile image: 10 minutes.

DO NOT BELIEVE ANYONE WHO ASKS OR OFFERS MONEY IN TWITTER.
DO NOT BELIEVE ANYONE WHO ASKS OR OFFERS MONEY IN TWITTER.
DO NOT BELIEVE ANYONE WHO ASKS OR OFFERS MONEY IN TWITTER. "

In this case, scammers go in a completely simple, obkatannym way. It is enough to put the actual photo on the fake account, changing only two letters in places Vitalik to Viatilk and a simple user is easily mislead.

But as they say, "who is warned, he is armed!". Be careful, Vitalik himself will never ask you to transfer money to him in any cases. Turn around, a person who can donate 2,4 million dollars in Ethereum to fight with age, and so forth.
