Cat owner’s tracker shows ‘cheating’ feline has been ‘staying at 5 other homes’

A funny video shows what happened when a cat lover attached a tracker to their moggie – with some uncomfortable truths being revealed.

In the clip, uploaded on TikTok by user @eefskol, the Tractive cat-tracker is fitted onto the neck of a black and white feline called Jagger.

The video then cuts to the data from the tracker app, showing Jagger roaming far and wide and loitering in some of her favourite places – all residential homes – for a suspiciously long time.

"She has been in about five houses!" reads an on-screen caption next to the map that exposes Jagger's every movement over a 24 hour period.

Unsurprisingly, the hilarious footage was a hit on the video-sharing app with more than 300,000 views and 41,000 likes.

In the caption, the owner wrote with a laughing and crying emoji: "So not sure if genius or invasion of privacy but I am entertained."

Fortunately for Jagger, it doesn't seem like her owner is too upset about her alleged two-timing.

The cat's owner later gave an update by trying out their other cat, a female Cookie, with the tracker.

Tortoiseshell-patterned Cookie was almost as adventurous as Jagger, with the map showing her prowling through neighbouring land.

One cat lover, who sounded impressed with the tracker, commented: "Thank you! I’ve four and one of them is definitely NOT loyal… he’s cheating and eating in the neighbourhood."

Someone else wrote: "Crazy… female cats stay close to home compared with males but you have a curious cat for sure."

"But was she loyal? The questions of life," joked another viewer.

This comes after a cat's reaction to a beach trip went viral, with people loving his gnarly expression.

Meanwhile, a video of a kitten "nagging" its owner for attention by wiggling his foot left viewers on Reddit creasing up.
