Barnett was arrested in Arkansas, NBC reported.<\/p>\n
He was hit with a number of charges \u2013 including entering and remaining on restricted grounds, theft of public property, and violent entry, according to NBC.<\/p>\n
The Department of Justice told reporters in a call Friday that Barnett is one of 15 MAGA supporters that have been arrested in connection with the US Capitol riots, The Daily Mail reported.<\/p>\n
Barnett's arrest came after he revealed how he really made himself at home while snooping through Pelosi's office.<\/p>\n
The Trump fan – who boasts\u00a0he will run for Arkansas governor in 2022 – claimed he "wrote a nasty note, put my feet up on her desk and scratched my balls."<\/p>\n
A photo of the politician's desk later showed an ominous handwritten message which read "we will not back down."<\/p>\n
Barnett was later seen outside the Capitol brandishing an envelope\u00a0with the speaker\u2019s letterhead which he claimed he had taken from her office.<\/p>\n
However, he insisted he had not stolen it adding \u201cI put a quarter on her desk\u201d, reports the New York Times.<\/p>\n

The 60-year-old reportedly laughed as he told other protesters what he had done.<\/p>\n
He claimed that he had just been knocking on the door of Pelosi's office when he was pushed in by the mob.<\/p>\n
However, he apparently conceded his story sounded unlikely adding: \u201cI\u2019ll probably be telling them this is what happened all the way to the D.C. jail,\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
Another standout figure at the outrageous protest was the man spotted parading through the halls of the Capitol in a fur hat.<\/p>\n
He has now been named as a 32-year-old hardcore Trump supporter from Arizona who is said to be a familiar face at rallies and protests.<\/p>\n
He was identified as a tattooed intruder seen dressed in a bizarre horned buffalo hat was named as well-known QAnon fanatic and "shaman", Jake Angeli.<\/p>\n

Part-time actor Jake Angeli – \u00a0who was pictured screaming in the chamber and clutching a megaphone – also goes by the name of "QAnon Shaman".<\/p>\n
He was at the front of a group of agitators who faced off with DC cops who desperately tried in vain to protect the establishment.\u00a0<\/p>\n
He later made his way into the Senate chamber where he was seen stood behind the dais in the Senate chamber where just moments earlier Vice President Mike Pence and Pelosi had been.<\/p>\n

Angeli and others dressed variously as frontiersmen, bandits and soldiers as they forced their way into the Capitol on Wednesday afternoon.<\/p>\n
The tattooed oddball, said to be a fixture at the Arizona State Capitol building "shouting about various conspiracy theories" claims he can fight pedos in other "dimensions."<\/p>\n
Among his bonkers beliefs, he claims the world elites have underground bases where they are developing "anti-gravity technology" and "infinite energy."<\/p>\n
At least four people died and several others were seriously injured during a the siege on in Washington DC.<\/p>\n
In the chaotic bloody scenes:<\/p>\n

- Senators met to\u00a0vote and certify the results of the election<\/li>\n
- Protesters broke down fences outside the US Capitol and stormed\u00a0the building and Capitol\u00a0buildings were put on lockdown<\/li>\n
- Vice President\u00a0Mike Pence, followed by Senators, were evacuated<\/li>\n
- A\u00a0woman was shot among three others amid the violent scenes\u00a0and was said to be in critical condition<\/li>\n
- Trump told those that sieged the Capitol to "go home in peace"<\/li>\n
- An IED was reportedly found on Capitol grounds<\/li>\n
- The\u00a0woman who was shot inside the Capitol was pronounced dead<\/li>\n
- Members of Congress said they would continue to certify the election results on Wednesday night<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Hundreds of Trump supporters stormed the Capitol building where\u00a0bloody clashes erupted\u00a0in Congress.<\/p>\n
The violence erupted as rioters fought cops and pushed their way inside the building as members of Congress were meeting to vote and certify Joe Biden as the winner of the presidential election.<\/p>\n
It came moments after Trump addressed his supporters at a nearby rally.<\/p>\n

One woman\u00a0who was shot\u00a0by police during the confrontation later died in hospital.<\/p>\n
Her husband has since identified her as Ashli Babbit, of San Diego,\u00a0KUSI-TV\u00a0reports.<\/p>\n
Babbit was an Air Force vet who had 14 years in the service and had completed four tours of duty.<\/p>\n
Her husband called her a major President Trump supporter.<\/p>\n
A graphic clip shared on social media showed Babbit bleeding from the neck after she was shot.<\/p>\n
