A rapper was killed in a "savage and merciless attack" after filming a music video, a court has heard.<\/p>\n
Crosslon Davis, 20, who made drill music under the name of Bis, was stabbed by a gang of four youths at least nine times in his head, back and chest.<\/p>\n
CCTV caught Davis being outnumbered in a passageway in Deptford, south-east London, early on December 6 2019, the Old Bailey was told.<\/p>\n
Prosecutor Brian O'Neill QC told jurors: "It was a savage and merciless attack.<\/p>\n
"Crosslon Davis did not stand a chance. The forensic pathologist who carried out the post-mortem examination of his body concluded that he had bled to death as a result of multiple wounds."<\/p>\n

The main part of the beating was picked up by a security camera which showed two of the attackers had got out of a minicab before launching the bloody attack, he said.<\/p>\n
They were also recorded on the minicab dashcam getting in the vehicle minutes earlier.<\/p>\n
Mr O'Neill alleged the pair pictured were defendants Elijah Morgan, 20, and Jedaiah Param, 21, who are on trial each accused of murder and having a knife.<\/p>\n
Jurors were told the other two males involved in the killing have not yet been "satisfactorily" identified.<\/p>\n

Mr O'Neill said Mr Davis was a "highly regarded" drill artist who was a member of the Harlem Spartans, a well-known music collective primarily based in Kennington, south London.<\/p>\n
On the day before he died, Mr Davis had arranged to film a music video for his latest drill track which he shot with pals in and around an estate in Kennington.<\/p>\n
One of his friends was with him at the time of the stabbing at 3am the following day, the court heard.<\/p>\n
Param, of Norwood, south London, and Morgan, of no fixed address, deny the charges against them.<\/p>\n
Judge Angela Rafferty QC pointed out to the jury that only one of the defendants, Param, was in the dock.<\/p>\n
She said Morgan is in prison and knew about the trial starting but "has chosen not to come".<\/p>\n
