The two best performing sectors last month \u2013 energy and the financials \u2013 have continued their run into March.<\/p>\n
The XLE energy ETF and the XLF financial ETF gained roughly 3% on Monday, and are up double digits in the past month.<\/p>\n
If investors have to pick between the two, Oppenheimer head of technical analysis Ari Wald says the choice is simple.<\/p>\n
"Financials," Wald told CNBC's "Trading Nation" on Monday. "I'd call out the capital markets industry, specifically, which is going to include both Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs."<\/p>\n
