Royal biographer Ingrid Seward recalled finding him \u201curbane and charming\u201d when they first met, while Australian singer Kylie Minogue described Prince Philip as \u201ccharm personified\u201d, adding they had a \u201cgood old chat\u201d.<\/p>\n
The pair met at Windsor Castle on April 4, 2017, when Kylie was presented with the Britain-Australia Society Award for 2016.<\/p>\n
