Grayscale Investments, the biggest digital asset manager has announced that Grayscale\u2019s Digital Large Cap Fund has been approved to become an SEC-reporting product.<\/p>\n
The registration statement on Form 10 was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission earlier this year.<\/p>\n
The Fund is Grayscale’s “first diversified digital currency investment fund” to be registered with the Securities Exchange Commission under Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.<\/p>\n
