{"id":135459,"date":"2021-08-13T10:30:28","date_gmt":"2021-08-13T10:30:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/precoinnews.com\/?p=135459"},"modified":"2021-08-13T10:30:28","modified_gmt":"2021-08-13T10:30:28","slug":"crypto-analyst-i-prefer-holding-more-ada-than-eth-for-the-next-few-weeks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/precoinnews.com\/crypto\/crypto-analyst-i-prefer-holding-more-ada-than-eth-for-the-next-few-weeks\/","title":{"rendered":"Crypto Analyst: \u2018I Prefer Holding More ADA Than ETH for the Next Few Weeks\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Popular pseudonymous analyst and trader \u201cCrypto Capo\u201d (\u201c@CryptoCapo_\u201d on Twitter)\u00a0says that \u2014 based on technical analysis \u2014 in the short term he is much more bullish on Cardano ($ADA) than Ethereum ($ETH).<\/p>\n<p>He made his bullish comments about Cardano on Tuesday (August 10):<\/p>\n<p>He went on to explain \u2014 why he currently prefers holding $ADA to holding $ETH \u2014 via a pair of ADA-ETH price charts:<\/p>\n<p>According to data by TradingView, on crypto exchange Binance, currently (as of 09:15 UTC on August 13), ADA-ETH is trading at $0.0006350.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cryptoglobe.s3.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com\/2021\/08\/TV-Chart-Binance-ADAETH-5-day-13-Aug-2021-1280x728.png\"><\/p>\n<p>Cardano\u2019s impressive price action against both ET and USD this week is not surprising given the excitement among $ADA investors and traders about the upcoming Alonzo hard fork.<\/p>\n<p>The most likely explanation for the current super bullish investor sentiment is what Charles Hoskinson, the CEO of IOHK (the company that is responsible for development of the Cardano protocol and the software that implements it), said in a video he released on that date.<\/p>\n<p>In this video, Hoskinson said that on Friday (August 13), during Cardano\u2019s mid-month update event, IOHK will announce the date for the Alonzo hard fork (on the mainnet), i.e. the date from which Cardano will provide support for smart contracts.
