Cardano Foundation has joined forces with Coinfirm in a bid to deploy the latter\u2019s robust anti-money laundering and CFT solutions in the Cardano ecosystem. The team firmly believes the move will enable the Cardano project to be in full compliance with the guidelines of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and other regulations, according to a blog post on August 24, 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n In a bid to be in full compliance with the guidelines of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and other regulators, the Cardano Foundation, a Switzerland-based non-profit organization in charge of the Cardano blockchain project, has integrated Coinfirm\u2019s RegTech and blockchain analytics solution into the network.<\/span><\/p>\n As stated in a blog <\/span>post<\/span>, the integration enables Cardano to be in full compliance with the anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing requirements of global financial regulators including the FATF.<\/span><\/p>\n What\u2019s more, the team says the integration of Coinfirm\u2019s robust analytics solutions will bring increased transparency to the Cardano ecosystem, making it easier for market participants to track the history of the ADA they hold.<\/span><\/p>\n Mel McCann, Head of Technical Integrations at Cardano said:<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cAML\/CFT analytics is essential for a cryptocurrency to receive mass adoption.
