Pictured,\u00a0Rachel Weisz wearing the Galaxy dress<\/p>\n<p>\u2018The shareholders continue to work with the management at Roland Mouret to agree a way forward for the business,\u2019 a joint statement by the company\u2019s stakeholders said.<\/p>\n<p>Mouret, 60, is best known for creating the figure-hugging Galaxy dress, which gained notoriety in the 2000s.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It is claimed the \u00a31,500 garment can sculpt any body shape with its mesh bodice.<\/p>\n<p>In an interview with the Financial Times last month, Mouret claimed he would be the industry\u2019s \u2018last man standing\u2019 after competitors collapsed during the pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>London fashion house Ralph and Russo, a favourite of the Duchess of Sussex, collapsed in March amid allegations of financial mismanagement, though it has since been bought by a US investment firm.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2021\/10\/01\/22\/48658627-10051091-image-a-44_1633124620197.jpg\" height=\"951\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>A model walks the runway at the Roland Mouret show during the London Fashion Week February 2017<\/p>\n<p>Mouret also predicted it would take five years for his brand to recover from the impact of the pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>The business had been structured as a joint venture between Mr Fuller\u2019s company XIX Entertainment and Mouret. Grosvenor became a minority investor after it set up a fund to aid its tenants in the pandemic last year.<\/p>\n<p>The label previously survived fears of bankruptcy in 2010.
