He noted that despite the game\u2019s limited graphics, it is still wildly popular across the globe, with a trading volume of 27,500 ETH on Open Sea and with 30,000 active traders.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>As reported by The Daily Hodl, Guy said:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>I must admit that Axie isn\u2019t much to look at\u2026in fact, it primarily revolves around Pokemon-inspired characters that fight and breed in a straightforward game of strategy.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>This NFT game is rather simplistic, however, it has thus far generated approximately 27,500 ETH in trading volume on OpenSea alone and counts over 30,000 active traders.<\/em>\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Guy called the root of Axie\u2019s success the ability for users to earn while playing the game, thereby creating a \u201crevolutionary economic advancement.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Coin Bureau host was also bullish on The Sandbox (\u00a3SAND), a blockchain-based virtual world where investors buy, sell and trade digital assets and virtual plots of land. Sandbox, which started as a 2D mobile game, has trailblazed the market for virtual real estate.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Guy said:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>What I find particularly appealing about The Sandbox is its virtual land base metaverse. Lands are pieces of digital real estate within The Sandbox metaverse that players can buy to build experiences on top of.<\/em>\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Guy rounded out his top 3 picks with Netvrk ($NTVRK), a virtual world where users create NFTs and earn passive income by leasing property. Users can also gain access to \u201cprime\u201d real estate by using special tokens.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He explained:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis metaverse project furthermore lets users buy assets within its virtual domain, which include buildings, offices, vehicles, and houses, and anything you can think of.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Now imagine being able to use the platform\u2019s tokens to purchase land in prime real estate hotspots, such as a cute studio loft overlooking the beach of a penthouse right in the heart of the city.
