Parliament passed the Plan B COVID-19 rules, which involve regulations on face masks, isolation rules, COVID passes and compulsory vaccinations for healthcare workers.<\/p>\n
The rules on COVID passes were most fiercely opposed by Tory rebels<\/strong>.
