That&#x27;s what I think. F*** him. I don&#x27;t give a f***. F***ed off.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>Today Sindrey was jailed for life for killing her partner, and must serve a minimum of\u00a014-and-a-half before she can apply for parole.<\/p>\n<p>The callous mum had even tried pinning the murder on her friend Kelly Blackwell, 26, but she was found not guilty following a trial.<\/p>\n<p>Both Blackwell and Sindrey were reportedly involved in a row with Fletcher before his death, but his then girlfriend delivered the fatal blow. <\/p>\n<p>Judge Samantha Leigh heard that the couple had been in a &quot;toxic&quot; <\/span><\/p>\n<h1 class=\"nk-headline-heading css-1efa55o\">Child beaten for two minutes by gang in classroom as teacher &#x27;did nothing&#x27;<\/h1>\n<\/section>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p>He had even made her take a lie detector test to prove that she was not cheating on him. <\/p>\n<p>The mum has since given birth to Fletcher&#x27;s son while awaiting her trial for his murder. <\/p>\n<p>Judge Leigh accepted that Fletcher had been violent towards Sindrey, and had been released from prison in the October before he died for violent offences. <\/p>\n<p>A good pal of \u201cDod\u201d described how his friend was &quot;jealous&quot; and &quot;over-powering&quot; with constant messages sent to monitor her.<\/p>\n<p>The court heard how Sindrey had once been left with a black eye after Fletcher felt she had disrespected his nan.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Sentenching Sindrey, Judge Leigh said: \u201cIt is clear that the deceased was preoccupied with the thought you were cheating on him, which you were not.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHis Class A drug use, along with his ADHD, was fuelling his paranoia, of that I am sure.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere was abuse from him to you and as you accept, you were verbally abusive to him.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>The pain that everyone has in their hearts is overwhelming.<\/p>\n<p>His sister, Shelley, told the court of the family\u2019s heartbreak following his death on January 1, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>She said: \u201cOur family is devastated, heartbroken and still in shock over the loss of my brother, Paul,\u00a0\u2018Dod\u2019 Fletcher.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA big part of us was taken the night he died in his own home.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are all trying to come to terms with it, everyone is in disbelief &#8211; never did we think for one second that Dod would be taken from us like this.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe pain that everyone has in their hearts is overwhelming, seeing so many family members hurting at the same time is so heartbreaking for us to see.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll of our lives will never be the same again.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>She said her brother was\u00a0&quot;turning his life around&quot; with attempts to re-build his bond with his teenage son.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Fletcher\u2019s 15-year-old son told the court, in a statement, that his dad was his\u00a0\u2018hero\u2019 and that he believed he would not go back to prison again.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Basildon Crown Court heard that the couple had been arguing over claims Sindrey was cheating, and took her phone away from her to check her messages.<\/p>\n<h2>&#x27;YOU KNEW I WOULD DO IT&#x27;<\/h2>\n<p>Fletcher, who had taken cocaine, also confiscated Blackwell\u2019s phone which sparked the argument.<\/p>\n<p>Sindrey&#x27;s two children and Blackwell&#x27;s four children, who were in the flat at the time, were said to be &quot;hysterical&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>The mum grabbed a knife and stabbed her boyfriend &#8211; causing him to collapse in the hall.<\/p>\n<p>She then ran to the balcony with blood on her hands screaming: &quot;He&#x27;s been stabbed&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>Paramedics raced to the house but sadly Paul couldn&#x27;t be saved and was declared dead at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>Blackwell later told jurors she heard her pal yell &quot;you knew I would do it&quot; as she waved the knife around the kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement, hisfamily said: \u201cOur family have been devastated and are heartbroken following the death of Paul \u2018Dod\u2019 Fletcher.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOn the fateful night that his life ended, it destroyed so many other lives as well.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDod was a big part of everyone\u2019s life. He was loved deeply by our family. He was a son, brother and father.
