crash.<\/p>\n<p>Lauren Malt, 19, was rushed to hospital after a crash in a cul-de-sac in West Winch, Norfolk, on Sunday evening, but tragically died a short time later. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/8c11391c-f68f-475c-8ac1-35e2e3fafcac.jpg\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/NINTCHDBPICT000707203154.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>Cops were called to the scene in Leete Way shortly before 7.30pm to reports of a disturbance and that a woman had been hit by a car.<\/p>\n<p>The driver, 44-year-old Nigel Malt, was arrested and has now been charged with murder.<\/p>\n<p>He has been remanded in police custody to appear before Norwich Magistrates Court tomorrow morning.<\/p>\n<p>A Home Office post-mortem examination carried out today has established Lauren&#x27;s preliminary cause of death as chest and abdominal injuries.<\/p>\n<p>Police say initial enquiries on the night of the incident led to officers to arrest Nigel Malt at the hospital.<\/p>\n<p>He was taken to King\u2019s Lynn Police
