is up for sale for \u00a31.7m &#8211; and even has its own orchard.<\/p>\n<p>The Tudor-style home boasts six bedrooms and sits in 72 acres of stunning Welsh countryside in Monmouthshire.<\/p>\n<p>It was designed in 1890 by architect Sir Aston Webb, who worked on the fa\u00e7ade of Buckingham Palace as well as other London landmarks including Admiralty Arch and the main building for the Victoria Tudor-style home sits in stunning Welsh countryside near to the village of Rockfield in the border county of Monmouthshire<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2022\/03\/22\/10\/55650001-10639155-image-a-27_1647946192727.jpg\" height=\"642\" width=\"962\"><\/p>\n<p>Designed by Sir Aston in 1890, the farmhouse comes with 72 acres of land for those willing to pay the \u00a31.7 million asking price<\/p>\n<p>The Grade II-listed property near to Rockfield in the border county includes permanent pasture orchards and woodland.<\/p>\n<p>It is less than three miles from the border with England, and its a long way from where Sir Aston&#8217;s most famous works can be found.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The ground floor features two lounges with large leaded mullion windows along with a spacious dining room.<\/p>\n<p>Buyers will also get a kitchen, dining room, games room and conservatory to enjoy the surrounding
