<\/p>\nCONSPIRACY theory nuts fear Vladimir Putin will launch a nuclear attack on September 24, sparking World War Three. <\/p>\n
The wild claims come after the Russian dictator fired off a terrifying nuke warning to Britain and the West as he forcibly\u00a0drafted 300,000 reservists\u00a0into his disastrous war in\u00a0Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Various online accounts have been spreading the bonkers theory that Doomsday is now quickly approaching – in just two days.<\/p>\n
According to the viral online\u00a0predictions, Saturday will bring all kinds of world-ending events such as natural disasters, zombies, and World War Three.<\/p>\n
The widespread panic was sparked by a misinterpreted video from a German politician.<\/p>\n
Friedrich Metz, a member of the\u00a0German\u00a0Parliament, gave a speech, which was posted on\u00a0Twitter.<\/p>\n

Friedrich said: "Dear Colleagues\u2026September 24, 2022 will be remembered by all of us as a day which we will say, 'I remember exactly where I was\u2026?'"<\/p>\n
The Twitter user who shared the video said: "What the f*** are they planning on 24 september 2022!!," followed by a warning sign emoji.<\/p>\n
The video sparked some wild\u00a0conspiracy theories\u00a0like how a big\u00a0solar flare would hit earth\u00a0and create tropical cyclones on September 24, causing mass destruction.<\/p>\n
One Twitter user said of Putin: "This psycho is moving the needle on the Doomsday Clock forward because like someone we all know, his ego can\u2019t stand to be embarrassed like the global joke he is. Dangerous lunatic."<\/p>\n
<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Another wrote "time to move the Doomsday Clock" after the Russian dictator announced the mobilisation of troops. <\/p>\n A third asked: "Does anyone know what's going to happen on September 24, 2022? I have a feeling it'll be blamed on Putin. Just saying. Or will they take Putin out? Who knows?"<\/p>\n However, there is no evidence of a global catastrophe brewing.<\/p>\n And\u00a0solar flares\u00a0are not capable of such damage, as they are made up of charged particles from the sun that cause disturbances in earth's magnetic field, not cyclones.<\/p>\n There isn't even a solar flare expected to hit Earth on September 24, according to\u00a0Space Weather's\u00a0records on Wednesday.<\/p>\n In fact, the misunderstanding seems to have stemmed from Metz simply misspeaking.<\/p>\n He was addressing the invasion of\u00a0Ukraine\u00a0by\u00a0Russia\u00a0on February 24 this year, when he accidentally substituted February for September.<\/p>\n The official transcript of the speech has since been updated to say February to correct the mistake.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, an\u00a0episode\u00a0of\u00a0The Simpsons\u00a0that supposedly predicted the world would end on September 24, 2022, has added to the panic.<\/p>\n The episode, titled "Homer Goes to Prep School," shows Homer joining a survivalist group.<\/p>\n \u201cThe apocalypse is coming.
