Buyers have been left horrified by a \u00a3175,000 terraced house on the market covered in black mould.<\/p>\n
Viewers voiced concern after seeing the condition of the two-bedroom home in York.<\/p>\n
A picture of the bathroom reveals walls covered in black mould, while downstairs the kitchen has white and black mould spreading throughout – including around the fridge and washing machine.<\/p>\n
The living area does not have flooring and has a large hole on the wall next to a window where fungus is sprouting.<\/p>\n

Black mould can be seen covering almost all the walls of the bathroom in the Yorkshire home now on sale<\/p>\n

The mould also covers the walls of the kitchen – especially next to the fridge and washing machine at the far end\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

More mould can be seen in the corner of the roof of one of the double-bedrooms in the terraced house<\/p>\n

The two-bedroom terraced house in York has gone on the market with an asking price of \u00a3175,000<\/p>\n

Estate agents Churchills optimistically described it as ‘in need of some improvements’.<\/p>\n
The firm said: ‘A two-bedroom period mid terrace house, in need of some improvements, situated in this popular and convenient residential location close to the York city centre, hospital and York St John University.<\/p>\n
‘The property briefly comprises entrance hallway, lounge, dining room, kitchen, first floor landing, two first floor double bedrooms and a three piece bathroom.<\/p>\n
‘To the outside to the rear is a courtyard with brick outbuildings.’<\/p>\n

House-browsers were shocked when they saw the condition of the house being offered\u00a0<\/p>\n
