A drug dealer who was caught trying to exchange cocaine for oral sex has been jailed. <\/p>\n
Window cleaner turned drug dealer Andrew Bradnum was busted by police after he refused to give them the PIN to his phone when officers went to a house as part of an investigation into a dog breeding business. <\/p>\n
Swansea Crown Court heard police found an advert Bradnum had posted on social media looking for someone to work for him a a drugs runner, adding the pre-requisite that his new employee would be a "grafter not a grass". <\/p>\n

Another message saw the idea of exchanging coke for oral mentioned, Wales Online reports. <\/p>\n
Officers recovered a number of messages where people offered to run drugs for the 28-year-old. <\/p>\n

Bradnum, of Penlan, Swansea, had previously pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of cocaine and to possession of criminal property – \u00a3960 in cash. <\/p>\n
He has six previous convictions for 10 offences including production of cannabis, possession of cannabis, possession of a Class A drug, being drunk and disorderly, and possession of criminal property. <\/p>\n
The court heard this last offence from 2017 related to the transfer of \u00a340,000 into his bank account.<\/p>\n

Huw Davies, defending the drug dealer, said he had previously worked as a labourer, furniture remover and window cleaner prior to the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 when work dried up. <\/p>\n
The barrister added that though the defendant had advertised for somebody to work for him, there was no evidence anyone he had actually employed anyone.<\/p>\n
Prosecutor Brian Simpson told the court how in March this year police were assisting council trading standards officers with a search warrant at Bradnum's property as part of a council investigation into a dog breeding business. <\/p>\n

He said police seized the defendant's phone but he refused to give them his PIN. When they were able to access the device, there were scores of messages laying bare his criminal activities. <\/p>\n
Judge Huw Rees sentenced Bradnum to 43 months in prison. He will serve half in custody before being released on licence to serve the remainder in the community.<\/p>\n
