The man who caused chaos on Whitehall last week by driving his car into the Downing Street gates posted a video to TikTok blaming the Tories for his actions, the Express has uncovered.<\/p>\n
In the video, Seth Kneller publicly set out his objectives and said: \u201cI\u2019d like to say that whatever is said about me after the fact, I am not a murderer.\u201d<\/p>\n
He added: \u201cSomebody has to pay.\u201d<\/p>\n
In the TikTok clip, he said the Conservative Party is waging a \u201cwar\u201d against \u201cdisabled people, poor people, the NHS, against nurses, against doctors, against anyone who feels that they are going on strike or underpaid\u201d.<\/p>\n
He said that those whose mental health is being “destroyed” by the actions of the Tories have \u201cnothing left\u201d, as well as saying Sir Keir Starmer offers them no hope.<\/p>\n

He said: \u201cWhat is there to live for anymore? Keir Starmer? Yeah, he’s gonna save us, right.\u201d<\/p>\n
He explained his reasons, saying: \u201cI want to say that I’m sorry. To my friends, to my family to people who tried to give me a chance.<\/p>\n
\u201cBut unfortunately, everything is just so messed up now. I can’t deal with these ups and downs, I can’t deal with one minute being a great person who’s done great things and the next minute my anger and frustration mostly towards myself.<\/p>\n
\u201cBut I feel is the responsibility of Rishi Sunak and Liz Truss, Boris Johnson and those who have gone before him and ruining our country and somebody has to pay.<\/p>\n
