Watching the videos over makes me sick. Scantily-clad revellers twerk in the street during raunchy celebrations\u00a0<\/h3>\n<p>More than 200 cleaners backed up by 30 refuse trucks and sweepers worked throughout the night to have everything back to normal for Tuesday morning.<\/p>\n<p>Nearly 100 tons of the rubbish, or 30 per cent, is due to be recycled. This will include composting the waste that&#8217;s been gathered from over 1000 toilet facilities.<\/p>\n<p>The organisers of Notting Hill Carnival said they &#8216;deplore all acts of violence&#8217; following spate of stabbing incidents at the festival over the weekend.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A statement read: &#8216;Notting Hill Carnival has once again been a spectacular weekend of colour and sound, the culmination of a year&#8217;s long work, that results in this hugely important and unique cultural event.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Carnival is about these communities and people, who dedicate so much time, love, incredible creativity and effort to the parade, sound systems, music, food, costumes and much more that makes up the event.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;We deplore all acts of violence, these people have nothing to do with Notting Hill Carnival and its values.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Tragically, these incidents are all too common in our society. Last year the Office for National Statistics shows that 12,786 knife offences were carried out in the capital over the 12 months to the end of March, this sadly affects us as much as any community.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/08\/29\/15\/74837055-12457411-image-a-29_1693321007622.jpg\" height=\"731\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>A person can be seen crouching down to urinate while another person keeps a lookout\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/08\/29\/15\/74837051-12457411-image-a-31_1693321027245.jpg\" height=\"714\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>They then get up and walk out of the property as if nothing happened\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/08\/29\/16\/74837069-12457411-image-a-48_1693322247372.jpg\" height=\"711\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The homeowner\u00a0said he was furious his family have been left with the cost of cleaning this up\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;We will continue to work hard with our partners to protect Notting Hill Carnival and the people who make it so special.&#8217;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Speaking after the Notting Hill Carnival concluded, a Conservative Party London mayoral candidate said it should be moved and potentially held in a park.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;It&#8217;s very upsetting and I&#8217;m afraid we have this every single year. It&#8217;s an incredible thing, the Notting Hill Carnival. I would just say move it. Move it to where it can be policed much better than where it is now,&#8217; she told LBC.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Because it&#8217;s so good and so successful, very, very many people go there, so it&#8217;s very, very difficult to police, so I&#8217;d be urging people to look at somewhere else it could go.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Asked where it should be moved to, Ms Hall added:\u00a0&#8216;Perhaps to a park. And let the organisers look and see where they would like it to be moved to.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Of course, it is up to everybody else, it&#8217;s not up to me at this specific point.
