Four men have pleaded guilty to conspiring with other men to drug their wives using sedatives and sexually assault them to fulfill their fantasies. The men, who on Monday plead guilty to the crime in a Singapore court, have been identified only as K, 45; L, 53; M, 45; and N, 37, under a court order to maintain the wives’ anonymity. The men even filmed some of their disgusting acts, and have been sentenced to be caned and jailed. K and M are expected to received 19 to 23 years of jail time and 24 whacks with a cane, while N is expected to receive 17 to 21 years in jail and 24 strokes of the cane.

L, meanwhile, faces 11 to 16.5 years in prison – with a six-month extension in lieu of caning. A fifth man, J, is expected to be given a long sentence for being one of the “key men” in the incidents.

However local media has not yet clarified if he was directly involved in the sexual assaults, which occurred between 2010 and 2018. The men reportedly met through online forum SammyBoy and met in person in at least once instance, when L met J to pass over the sleeping pill Dormicum.

J’s wife was the one to discover the disturbing crimes, when she found graphic pictures of herself on his phone.

They were found alongside conversations with K, with whom he had been “exchanging wives”.

As well as drugging their wives and ex-wife – as M, a company director, was living with his former wife at the time – the men also livestreamed and recorded the acts for others to watch. Another accomplice, P, was put in prison in January.

P reportedly failed in his attempt to rape L’s wife, who regained consciousness after being drugged. He was the first of seven in total to be charged with the conspiracy.

After pleading guilty, he was sentenced to three years in prison.

The last accomplice in the case, O, is reportedly contesting the charges against him.

Sentencing for K, L, M and N is due to take place early next year.
