A heartwarming video has captured the moment an caring feline offered comfort to his "worried" brother while their owner was out of the house.
Nosey was once a lone house cat who kept himself to himself – but the addition of his little brother Baby into the family changed his life forever. The pair developed an extraordinary bond, which was captured in a sweet moment on their owners' home security camera.
Rosa Leger, the proud cat mum of the feline duo, observed her once-independent cat transform into a loving and protective older sibling while she was out of the house. Baby appeared to be "worried" about the absence of the owner, who was gone for a week.

While a pet sitter regularly checked in on the cats, they would run for cover whenever she arrived, raising concerns about how Baby – who had a particularly strong attachment to his mum – would cope without her presence. But Nosey stepped up to be Baby's pillar of support.
In the viral clip, Baby was seen leaning into Nosey, who immediately wrapped his paw around Baby to provide comfort and reassurance.
Describing the moment to Dodo, Rosa explained: "They are legit best friends. He's comforted his brother from the beginning.
"My little one loves his big brother even more. I can't imagine how he would've been if he didn't have his brother's love and protection. I honestly didn't think this kind of love could exist within animals, but it truly does."

When Leger returned home, the cats were happy to have her back – but it was clear that they were okay without her as they had each other. Animal lovers have since shown support for the pair on TikTok, claiming the video moved them to tears.
One user said: "No bc/c i’m sobbing." Another added: "I would simply never leave my house again after seeing this." A third commented: "This is so sweet!"
