Lily Allen attacks Donald Trump as she posts foul-mouthed ‘F*** you’ video on Twitter

Donald Trump issues warning to US in final speech: ‘I told you so’

The British singer-songwriter’s tweet came hours after Mr Trump departed the White House for the final time as leader of the free world. Her decision to post the video of the foul-mouthed track on Twitter came four years after she released a protest song against Mr Trump.

The outspoken critic of the Republican recorded a cover of Rufus Wainwright’s Going To A Town, featuring the lyrics “I’m so tired of America”.

Mr Trump was accompanied by his wife Melania this morning as they left Washington on Marine One.

Hours later, Joe Biden was sworn in as America’s 46th president and Kamala Harris as the nation’s first female, black and south-Asian vice-president.

Lily was not the only household name to take a swipe at Mr Trump.

In a reference to Mr Trump’s fake tan, Gary Lineker tweeted: “Happy Orange Wednesday.”

And chef Nigella Lawson jumped on the train by posting a link to her recipe, saying: “Well, yes, Bitter Orange Tart just happens to be #RecipeOfTheDay.”

Piers Morgan’s wife Celia Walden enjoyed a joke of her own online.

She shared a snap of two lollipops depicting a white President Biden and an orange Mr Trump.

She said: “The one on the right is going straight in the bin.

“Anything that colour’s bound to be toxic.”

And climate activist Greta Thunberg also took to Twitter to troll the 45th president.

She posted a photo of him waving goodbye to staff members as he boarded Marin One on the White House South Lawn.

Mr and Mrs Trump were met by crowds of well-wishers as they touched down in Florida.

The couple are expected to make a new life for themselves in their southern mansion Mar-a-Lago, after ruling out a return to their former home city of New York.

Bowing out, Mr Trump said it had been a great honour to serve his country during his final speech at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland.

He said: “So just a goodbye. We love you. We will be back in some form.
