Delta Capita announced that it has recruited Francesca Herratt as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective from July 2021.
Finance Magnates recently learned in an official press release that Francesca Herratt, an experienced executive in the financial services industry, has been named by Delta Capita, a global managed services, technology solutions and consulting provider, as its new Chief Financial Officer.
Herratt brings a wealth of experience to Delta Capita. She is a seasoned financial leader with significant industry experience. Also, she will provide support for the expansion strategy, manage investor relations and continued investment for growth.
Turning Back the Clock on Herratt’s Vocation
Prior to the new role at Delta Capita, Herrratt was in service to Everyday Loans as its Chief Financial Officer. For two years, her responsibilities included driving the company’s financial strategy, according to her LinkedIn profile.
In November 2015, she joined Non-Standard Finance plc in the role of Group Chief Accountant. Located in London, she fulfilled all requirements over three and a half years.
Earlier at Eden McCallum, she was the Finance Manager / Financial Controller for a short stint. She reported management information to Partners and implemented appropriate controls. Additionally, she improved financial processes, oversight and management of all human resources related matters on an ongoing basis.
Before that, at NKD Learning, Herratt became a Finance Director in August 2011. In this role, she managed the financials, legal matters and human resources. Also, she was influential in key strategic decisions maximising growth and EBITDA.
Further, at Vivat Direct Ltd T/A Reader’s Digest, she took on the role of Management Accountant. Over ten months, she produced and presented accurate financial information and business cases for the Executive Management team and Board of Directors.
Initially, Herratt began her career as an Audit trainee at Grant Thornton LLP. Her role involved many audits, including companies in the motor-retail, manufacturing, construction, retail and engineering industries. Moreover, she worked on charity audits as she completed her ACCA qualification.
