A CHIEF inspector accused of having sex with a colleague while on duty has quit.
Rob Leet, 44, denied enjoying roadside trysts with Sgt Sarah Porter.
Mr Leet, a married father of four, did not attend a misconduct panel after leaving last month.
He claims probes into his behaviour represented an 'abuse of process'.
Sarah Porter was present at the hearing.
Sergeant Sarah Poter, who is also married, was accused of failing to attend a fatal crash call while on duty because she was with Mr Leet.
The pair deny allegations of any sexual encounters between August 2015 and January 2017.
