Prince Harry and Meghan Markle marked their daughter Lilibet's first birthday with an informal garden party, it has been revealed.
The Sussexes hosted a laid back do which featured an exclusive guest list with her royal cousins invited to celebrate the special day.
The Duke and Duchess missed out on the Queen's Jubilee events and threw an intimate party at Windsor’s Frogmore Cottage on Saturday (June 4).
There was "no formal entertainment" however, guests were treated to picnic-style snacks, a birthday cake, fun games and balloons.
It has been reported that Tindall's children Mia, eight, Lena, three, and Lucas, one, were invited to attend, as well as Peter Phillips and Autumn Kelly’s daughters.
Archie's godfather Charlie Van Straubenzee and his brother Tom, Princess Charlotte’s godfather, were also expected at the celebrations.
Sources told The Sun: “It was a lovely do and had everything you’d expect from a child’s birthday party.
"But there was no formal entertainment. The idea was for it to be very relaxed and casual, with people free to pop in and out as they wished.
“It was a nice opportunity for the other royal children to meet Lilibet for the first time.
“One idea that proved very popular was a £75 pink Volkswagen Beetle ride-on toy, which had been spotted in Selfridges.”
