Meghan Markle is the one "dictating the agenda" of Prince Harry's memoir, Spare, according to a royal expert.
Speaking on Good Morning Britain, author and commentator Tom Bower lashed out at the Duchess of Sussex and even accused the former Suits star of "exploiting the royal title".
Speaking with Susanna Reid, Tessa Dunlop and Ed Balls on this morning's show (October 31), he said: "He’ll keep his princely title, it’s Meghan I’m after.

"His book is really Meghan’s. Meghan is the person who has dictated this agenda."
Balls was quick to challenge Bower, piling in: "The book is by Harry. It’s not even by Meghan!"
Doubling down on his claim, Bower added: "Do you think he’s read it? It's ghost-written.
"Meghan has actually read every word. Meghan is highly intelligent, very sophisticated."
He also added Queen Elizabeth II "saw right through" Meghan, despite Dunlop's protestations that the late monarch wanted the pair to hold onto their royal titles – and said that other members of the Firm were suspicious too.
Harry 'doesn't want war' with King Charles as 'grenade effect' would distract Sussexes
"William saw through her, Charles saw through her, Diana’s brother Charles Spencer saw through her, she was adventurous, who came here to make fame and fortune, gone back to America, is exploiting her royal title, is making money out of causing misery."
And it wasn't just Bower's GMB co-stars taking aim at him for his anti-Meghan views – fans of the show at home were quick to share their distaste for the author's comments and accused him of racism, the Metro reported.
One wrote: "@GMB you really should be ashamed of yourself, giving airtime to a man who clearly has a frankly bizarre hatred for a woman he doesn’t even know. Then again you happily had Piers bully Meghan on a daily basis #gmb #GoodMorningBritain."
Another chimed in: "Just wondering if a Black male had said openly that he was going after a White woman how that would have been received. I guess it's okay for the White media to enable people in their own image with a platform to be racist, misogynistic and privileged? Shameful #GMB Tom Bower."

Harry's hotly-anticipated memoir is set to hit shelves on January 10 after a number of delays.
The Prince was set to publish the book, ghost-written by JR Moehringer, earlier this year but some believe the release date was pushed back out of respect for Queen Elizabeth II, while more sceptical royal fans believe the Duke of Sussex may have wanted to change aspects of the book that didn't reflect well on certain members of the family.
