A former top detective has claimed that there could be “more victims” of sick killer Alun Kyte, after he was convicted of a abusing nine-year-old child on two occasions this week.
The new conviction comes as he is already serving two life sentences for the murder of Samo Paull in 1993 and Tracy Turner in 1994.
A court hearing this week heard how, according to Birmingham Live, the 58-year-old punched, chocked, kicked and taunted the innocent boy over a five year period.

The victim told the court how Kyte strangled him unconscious.
He said he was frightened Kyte would hurt his family if he told anyone. Jurors found him guilty of four counts of indecency with a child, three of attempting to choke, two of indecent assault on a male, and two of buggery.
Kyte will be sentenced for that on February 24.
Kyte was nicknamed the Midlands Ripper for the two murders
And now former Detective Superintendent Mick Creedon has told ITV that he is “convinced” there are more victims.
He said: “We always knew Kyte was a dangerous man.
“He’d murdered, he’d raped and we were convinced there would be other victims.
“The surprise to me is perhaps the nature of the victim, but I’m not remotely surprised that he’s got other offences and I’m sure there's more victims out there.”

At the time of his initial sentencing 20 years ago, Leicestershire assistant chief constable David Colman said that the “full extent of his criminality” had yet to be uncovered.
He explained: “"Alun Kyte is an evil man who has travelled the length and breadth of Great Britain committing crimes.
“I do not believe that we have uncovered the full extent of his criminality and, in particular, there is every reason to believe he may have been responsible for other serious attacks on women.”
He has not yet been linked to any other cases.
