Fast-food chain Burger King is set to launch its “Royal Perks” loyalty program across the U.S. for orders placed on the BK app, BK.com and in the restaurants. The expanded Burger King Royal Perks program will make it more accessible for guests nationwide to earn and redeem crowns on purchases.
Guests can sign up for Royal Perks to redeem new member deals this month, and start earning on their first order. Members can earn 10 Crowns for every $1 spent at a participating restaurant, on the BK app and BK.com. They can then redeem the Crowns for eligible menu items. The program is not valid in Alaska and Hawaii.
Apart from earning crowns, members can access free daily perks, with the option to upsize one drink, fries, or hash browns for free per order, per day. They can also get early access to products and limited time members-only offers and deals along with chances to earn even more points through Royal Perks challenges and promotions. Further, members can earn double crowns for their entire birthday month, not just one day.
The second largest fast food hamburger chain in the world began testing the Royal Perks program digitally in three markets in February and extended it to nationwide digital access later. It is now on track to have more than two thirds of the nationwide restaurants activated with loyalty capabilities in September.
The quick service restaurant chain said the new Royal Perks loyalty program will enable members to unlock a more personalized Burger King experience and access to rewards they can’t get anywhere else, starting with a new Royal Perks deal later this month.
The burger chain has evolved from personalized offers and app features around mobile orders to payment and timed order release with its first-party delivery platform, as well as strategic partnerships to make it easier than ever to get the Burger King favorites.
