Plum, an Miniature Australian Shepherd, is owned by Aiden Mann, a veterinary assistant from Nashville, Tennessee, USA. The 27-year-old who reguarly shares footage of the young canine on TikTok, decided to make the video after someone asked how does he get his pet to wake up.
During the clip to his three million followers , Aiden shows himself quietly lying down on the floor next to the sleeping hound and gently blows on to her fur.
Despite being startled, Plum quickly settles down and cuddles next their owner after realsing he is near by.
The video ends with dog and owner lovingly rolling around on the floor with a caption reading: “Then she wants all the love. Daddy’s here, and always will be.”
Aiden first met Plum through his co-worker who at the time was fostering the white furry pup, while working at a veteniary clinic in 2019.
The young animal was spotted advertised on craigslist with the following caption “someone come get this deaf and blind dog before I euthanise her.”
Despite Plum’s disabilites, the American instantly fell in love with the Australian dog breed and overtime, has adapted to the her needs.
Since being uploaded to the social media sharing site, Plum’s reaction has been viewed almost 92 millions and gaining 16.8 million likes.

Dog lovers from across the world praised Aiden’s unique way of communicating with his four-legged friend, with many people finding the TikTok heartwarming.
One user said: “Really didn’t wanna cry today.”
Another added: “This got me emotional, what a nice doggie.”
A third TikToker commented: “This is so wholesome; I cried a little. What a good heart.”
Born deaf and blind, Plum’s disabilities was caused due to double-merle breeding, which result ina one four chance of a puppy being born with excessive white coloration, lack of pigment, and no hearing and eyesight.
Speaking to TeamDogs, Aiden said: “We have had to learn our own way of communicating. I had to think outside the box when it came to training her, but also had to learn to not shelter her and just let her be a dog.
“Feeding is around the same time everyday so for the most part she beats me to the bowl but sometimes when she’s not around the food hitting her metal bowl vibrates enough for her to feel it.
“She likes to play fetch by herself. She will throw a tennis ball down and then try to catch it, if she misses, she will track it down and go again.”
Alongside her loving owner, Plum also has Aiden’s other dog, Lola, a Great Dane Pitbull mix, to keep her company, who serves a ‘more responsible older sister’ role.
In another video, Plum can be seen licking Lola’s ear as what their owner says is a way for her to show appreciation for being a protective friend.
