A couple who were shot near a campsite made a series of disturbing phone calls mentioning a "creepy" man before they were shot dead.
Kylen Schulte, 24, and Crystal Beck, 38, had been living in a converted van on the outskirts of Moab in Utah, the US.
They were last seen leaving a tavern in the city on August 15.
One of them failed to show up for work the next day, and Kylen's dad urged the Moab community to help find them two days later.
On August 18, the couple were found dead with gunshot wounds near a camping area in Grand County, Utah.
Police have not yet identified a suspect, but the women had earlier mentioned a man near the campsite who was “creeping them out” in calls to friends.
Kylen’s aunt Bridget Calvert told Fox 13 that they brought him up again during their night at the tavern.
She said: “They said they were going to go move, they were going to go pack up and move their campsite — that he was still creeping them out.”
Grand County Sheriff’s Captain Shan Hackwell urged anyone with information to contact them on +1 435-259-8115.

Kylen’s family have since set up a GoFundMe page to cover the costs of their funerals.
Bridget wrote: “ I couldn’t get enough of that baby girl and her squishy face.
“She has been the moon and the stars since that day she was born. Kylen’s heart has always been full of love and life and God.
“She was the best sister, daughter, niece and cousin. She was a true free spirit that lived for the joy in her heart not the hatred in the world.
“Kylen and Crystal lived in Moab, UT. They found their way from the best campsite to the next but always showed up for work with the best ethic and greatest intent.
This week their lives were tragically taken from this earth.”
