A VILE Met Police officer who tried to have sex with two schoolgirls has been caged for two years.
PC Adnan Arib, 45, asked one of the girls, 15, if she had a boyfriend and suggested going for a drink together.
The creep also told a 16-year-old runaway she was pretty and asked if she wanted to go out with him.
Arib, who worked at Bethnal Green police station, has now been jailed for two years after he was convicted of two counts of misconduct in public office.
The officer was on duty when he was called to the 15-year-old's home in July 2019 by her mum, who had accused her of stealing.
He asked to speak to the youngster in the bedroom and mouthed to her to "say no" when he asked about the alleged theft.
Arib then took down her name, phone number and email address on a piece of paper.
He asked the girl if she had a boyfriend and if she would like to meet after school – but insisted it would have to remain a secret.

The pervert even accessed the girl's file using a police computer and asked if she could change when she met him in a park in her school uniform.
She later lied about having a boyfriend after Arib put his arm around her and said he had things he "wanted to show her".
He also asked if she would like to go for a drink as he had "gone through so much" to facilitate the meeting but the teen turned the offer down.
The girl told the court the ordeal had made her "a lot less trustful of the police".
In a victim impact statement, she added: "I felt very unsafe because I knew his intentions weren't pure.
"I felt his intentions were of a sexual nature and he had people waiting for us.
"It was inappropriate because he was trying to take me somewhere.
"For a while I feared for mine and my mum's safety because he knew where I lived.
"If I was as vulnerable as he thought I was I am sure the situation would have carried into something more.
"I am not sure what, but it would have been but nothing good."
CREEP COP
Arib earlier targeted a 16-year-old girl who had run away in April 2019.
She said she "began to feel uncomfortable and a bit weird" when the officer began probing into her personal life.
Arib also asked for her phone number and said he wanted to take her out because she was "very pretty".
Even when she was safely returned home, the cop accessed her file despite having no legitimate reason to.
Over the following weeks, he bombarded her with text messages and wished her happy birthday when she turned 17.
Arib claimed he just wanted to help the two girls and believed this was part of his policing role.
Sentencing, Judge Deborah Taylor said: "What is clear from the evidence is that there was a sexual undertone to your behaviour.
"Once the jury rejected your account that you were only trying to help these two young women the only reasonable inference is you were trying to gain their confidence to pursue some sort of sexual relationship."
