A DISABLED mum was driven from her home of 16 years after "torrents" of sewage began flooding from the bath and sink while she was in the shower.
Becky Blunden claims she's been living out of a carrier bag since November 28 after filthy water surged from plugholes and left the floor ankle-deep in excrement.
The 44-year-old, of Buxton in Derbyshire, was forced into a hotel – and says her beloved home has turned into the "s***hole from hell".
She wept as she told Sun Online: "I was stood in my bath having a shower and I thought to myself, 'Why isn't the water draining?'
"Then I heard a big gurgle from the sink. The basin suddenly filled with excrement.
"The toilet bubbled over and the bath filled with excrement too."
She said the housing association responsible for the flat haven't yet replaced skirting boards or doors, which have swelled to double their size as a result of the tide.
"They've refused to replace the bath or toilet," she said.
"The company is called Great Places, which is ironic. It's more like s***hole from hell."
DISABLED MUM'S HORROR
She has since been offered two properties to live in by the housing association – but said neither were suitable.
Housing chiefs say her home has now been deep-cleaned and she can begin living there safely again.
However, Becky said: "I've been left literally homeless as a result of this.
"One of the properties I was offered was next door to someone who's known to be trouble, and the second isn't right for a disabled person.
"But I can't return home either. The sewage from neighbours' flats has seeped into the walls and the floors.
"There was two inches of human waste there.
'TWO INCHES OF WASTE'
"The only thing that's been replaced is the bath panel, but no one cleaned behind it first.
"Excrement has made its way underneath the kitchen units.
"It's just ruined my house."
And she says she feels abandoned by Great Places – a claim that has been denied by the company.
"No one wants to help me at all," she said.
"There's a splatter of human waste on a picture I have hanging on a wall.
It's like a s***hole from hell
"The bacteria is everywhere. I just don't know what to do."
A spokesman for Great Places says skirting boards in the kitchen and hall have been "thoroughly cleaned", but will be replaced altogether after Becky's request.
The toilet and bath don't need replacing as they've been cleaned, and the cavity under the bath was also cleaned before the panel was replaced, he said.
Cleaners have checked the kitchen cabinets and found no evidence sewage had seeped in, he added.
Simon Robinson, director of neighbourhoods at the housing association, said: "We are sorry that Ms Blunden had to temporarily leave her property due to a collapsed drain and for the upset this has caused.

“As a responsible landlord we aim to resolve issues quickly. After fixing the drain we carried out a thorough clean of the property which was inspected and approved by the local council.
“We organised alternative accommodation and provided food and clothing for Ms Blunden and we continued to provide support until she was able to return to her home.
“We understand that Ms Blunden remains unhappy with the situation and we are working with her to find solutions.”
