A baby was one of 14 children rescued from a perverted den where young victims were allegedly forced to film live sex shows.
The property in the Philippines was raided on May 7 after police in Australia investigated the sick content possessed by an alleged paedophile in Victoria.
Australian Federal Police tipped off the Philippine Internet Crimes Against Children Centre, which led to police arresting three women and a man in Bombon, Camarines Sur, for facilitating online child sexual abuse.
Six girls and eight boys, aged between two and 17, were taken from the scene allegedly used to film 'pay per view' child abuse.
The original arrest which led to the saving of 14 children was of Anthony Scott, 68, who was charged with possession of child abuse material in March, the Daily Mail reports.
A Victoria court heard Scott's computer allegedly contained child abuse material and records of online chat conversations which facilitated child abuse content in the Philippines.
Authorities in the Philippines found digital devices containing child sexual exploitation material, a sex toy, and receipts for money transfers listing foreigners as senders, police allege.
A local social welfare office has taken the victims into care.

AFP Commander Todd Hunter said on Monday: "Our investigators are dedicated to protecting children in Australia from abuse and work with law enforcement across the world to do the same.
"Our message to offenders accessing or exchanging child abuse material online is that we will never stop trying to identify anyone involved in bringing harm to children and bringing them before the court."

An investigation which led to the arrest of Anthony Scott in Victoria was linked to an earlier arrest of a man charged by the AFP for allegedly paying for live-streamed child abuse.
Police traced the initial arrest to the Philippines, which led to the rescue of nine children, aged two to 16, and the arrest of a woman by Philippine authorities.
Brigadier General Alessandro Abella from the Philippine National Police Chief of the Women and Children Protection Centre said child sex abuse incidents are "borderless crimes".
He added: "Our pursuit to rescue and protect children from online sexual exploitation will not stop until we have arrested the last trafficker and abuser doing this vile crime."
