Meghan Markle’s father has claimed the Duchess of Sussex ignored him after he sent across a birthday gift.
Thomas Markle tried to send roses to his daughter to wish her a happy 40th birthday last year but says he did not get a response.
The bouquet of flowers included red roses with two yellow roses for his two grandchildren, Archie and Lilibet.

According to the Sun, the note on the card to Meghan read: “Happy Birthday to my bean with much love and a brighter future. Dad."
The 78-year-old told GB News that he has not spoken with Meghan since she married Prince Harry in 2018.
Mr Markle said: “I wished her a happy birthday and brighter days ahead but I've not heard back.”
Meghan will celebrate her 41st birthday on August 4, just months after celebrating her daughter Lilibet’s first birthday on a trip to the UK.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex shared a photo of Lilibet on her first birthday at a picnic thrown for her at Frogmore Cottage.
The celebration took place while Harry and Meghan were back in the UK to celebrate the Queen’s jubilee.
Close family and friends were invited to celebrate the occasion at the Windsor property, where there was face-painting and cake, according to guests.
A spokesman for the couple did not name the family members who attended.

Royal blogger Neil Sean claims the photo release was made out of “anger” over the Sussexes visit to the UK, citing a ‘good source’ of his.
Sean said: “Now, according to a very good source, this was really put out through sheer anger because they felt – and I’m saying the ex-royals that is – and as ever allegedly, that they were so dramatically overlooked that they wanted to obviously make sure that their presence was felt."
He continued on his YouTube show by explaining: “By releasing the picture of Lilibet Diana, the world focus would return back on them – a strange thing to do.
"Strange thing to do. But I’m sure you’ll agree. But of course, it did.”
