An Uber driver is clinging to life after he was attacked by a group of strangers and bashed in the head with a glass bottle in Queens early Sunday, cops said.
The unprovoked assault happened around 8:25 a.m. as the 41-year-old victim sat parked at 138th Street and Jamaica Avenue in Jamaica, the NYPD said.
Four women and one man approached the driver, smashing the bottle on his head, cops said.
He was rushed to nearby Jamaica Hospital unconscious and in critical condition, cops said.
No arrests have been made as of Sunday afternoon.
