Sir Keir Starmer quipped Boris Johnson for apologising on behalf of his team for the enraging clip as he insisted no party took place last year at Downing Street. The Prime Minister has been facing increasing criticism after footage was leaked seemingly showing his former press secretary Allegra Stratton jocking about a gathering at Number 10 despite coronavirus rules being in place. Citing a clip from presenters Ant and Dec broadcast following the leak of the footage, Sir Keir said: “Even Ant and Dec are ahead of the Prime Minister!”
