The man who caused chaos on Whitehall last week by driving his car into the Downing Street gates posted a video to TikTok blaming the Tories for his actions, the Express has uncovered.
In the video, Seth Kneller publicly set out his objectives and said: “I’d like to say that whatever is said about me after the fact, I am not a murderer.”
He added: “Somebody has to pay.”
In the TikTok clip, he said the Conservative Party is waging a “war” against “disabled people, poor people, the NHS, against nurses, against doctors, against anyone who feels that they are going on strike or underpaid”.
He said that those whose mental health is being “destroyed” by the actions of the Tories have “nothing left”, as well as saying Sir Keir Starmer offers them no hope.

He said: “What is there to live for anymore? Keir Starmer? Yeah, he’s gonna save us, right.”
He explained his reasons, saying: “I want to say that I’m sorry. To my friends, to my family to people who tried to give me a chance.
“But unfortunately, everything is just so messed up now. I can’t deal with these ups and downs, I can’t deal with one minute being a great person who’s done great things and the next minute my anger and frustration mostly towards myself.
“But I feel is the responsibility of Rishi Sunak and Liz Truss, Boris Johnson and those who have gone before him and ruining our country and somebody has to pay.
“We have to make a statement. And that’s what’s gonna happen.”

He signed the video off with his name, and disclosed he is autistic and has ADHD.
The man from Cheshire was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving last Thursday, though was charged with a separate offence.
Yesterday the Met said: “The incident is not currently being treated as terror-related.”
He appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Saturday and was remanded in custody ahead of his next hearing at Southward Crown Court on June 23.
Rishi Sunak was in No. 10 at the time of the crash and departed for a pre-arranged engagement via the back entrance shortly after the disturbance.
