A British man has died after being pulled unconscious from the sea on the Greek island of Zante.
The 64-year-old man had been swimming in the area of Kalamaki on Tuesday afternoon before he was spotted and pulled from the waves at around 3.30pm local time, Imerazante reported.
He was taken to a local hospital by ambulance where he was later pronounced dead.
The notorious Greek party island has seen a number of tragic deaths this year, with similar instances of Brits being dragged unconscious from the sea.
A British man last month was also pulled from the waves in Zante before being pronounced dead.

The 57-year-old had been swimming at the beach in the village of Laganas before he was rushed to the local hospital on the island.
He was given emergency first aid from a lifeguard after he was pulled from the sea, local media reported at the time.
In June, another 64-year-old man was found by holidaymakers on the Alykanas beach in Zante and dragged onto the beach.
The incident took place at around 9am local time, with the ambulance and coastguard workers sprinting to the scene.
The man was taken to Zakynthos General Hospital where he was subsequently pronounced dead.
According to reports, no lifeguard was present at the beach at the time of the incident.

Earlier this year another British man, 20, died after falling into a pool at a well-known club on the notorious party island.
The 20-year-old was at the Karma Beach Club in Laganas, Zante, in June when he lost consciousness in the pool, ERT Zakynthos reported at the time.
One of the bar staff reportedly spotted the man face down in the pool and alerted a lifeguard.
The lifeguard pulled the man – who was described in local news either as British or Irish – out of the water and gave him CPR, but he was pronounced dead after being taken to the local hospital by a private ambulance.
