Britain's youngest ever gun killer unmasked as boy, 14, jailed for gunning down & knifing schoolboy, 15

BRITAIN'S youngest ever gun killer has been unmasked after he was today jailed for gunning down and stabbing a 15-year-old boy to death.

Keon Lincoln was blasted in the stomach then repeatedly knifed during a 30 second rampage in Birmingham.

The teenager was left bleeding in the street after a major artery was severed as hiscowardly killers fled the scene in January.

He died just two hours later in hospital following the "carefully planned and executed" killing.

A judge today lifted a reporting restriction banning the identity of 14-year-old Yussuf Mustapha as he was caged for at least 16 years for murder.

Italian born Mustapha is believed to be Britain's youngest gun killer.

Last year, a 16-year-old boy was jailed alongside Hamza Ul Haq, 21, and Loic Nengese, 19, for murdering Joseph Williams-Torres in East London.

Mustapha's co-defendants Tahjgeem Breakenridge, 18, and Michael Ugochukwu, 18, were both sentenced to life with a minimum term of 19 years for murder.

A 16-year-old also convicted of Keon's murder, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was ordered to be detained to serve at least 17 years.

While Kieron Donaldson, 19, was sentenced to 12 years in prison for manslaughter after supplying the weapons used in the brutal slaying.

In a powerful victim impact statement, Keon's mum Sharmaine Lincoln said she is living in a "nightmare that I cannot wake up from".

The mum, who saw her son stricken in the street after the shooting, added: "The gunshots will forever ring in my ears, knowing that one of them ultimately ended my son's life.

"I miss my boy so much that it physically hurts. I'm still unable to come to terms with the fact you're gone for good.

"No reason for me can ever justify such an evil act."

MUM'S PAIN

Sharmaine also slammed the "heartless, evil monsters" who murdered him.

She added: "A piece of soul has been taken from me. I hear the words his heart has stopped. Then I hear the words: 'I'm sorry, we tried everything we could'.

"I feel the chill through my veins as I held my boy's ice cold body. I saw my beautiful boy's body being lowered into the ground."

The court was shown chilling CCTV of the hooded gang ambushing Keon outside his home as he desperately tried to run away.

A shot could be heard ringing out as the tragic teen stumbled and fell to the ground.

After being hit in the stomach, the feral gang then surrounded him and began hacking at him using machetes and large hunting knives.

Keon somehow managed to scramble to his feet but the pack of youths continued to slash at him before fleeing the scene.

After he collapsed for a final time, Keon's mum and sisters stayed by his side as local residents rushed to his aid.

Det Insp Jim Colclough of West Midlands Police said: "The fact that they've gone out, and carried such weapons, and have acted for a purpose that at the moment is beyond us, I can't comprehend.

"People of that age should not be arming themselves with weapons and going out with a view of causing either someone really serious harm or killing them."
