A whopping 27st alligator has been given VIP medical treatment after he fell ill.
Giant reptile Brooke was taken to the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine for the snappy treatment after he started showing signs of distress such as head rolling.
A blood sample was taken from the alligator by Dr Bridget Walker, a zoological medicine resident, before he was strapped to a board and given a CT scan and radiographs.

The medics discovered he had an ear infection.
It is hoped that Brooke, who lives at nearby St. Augustine Alligator Farm, makes a very snappy recovery.
The college said: “We hope he’ll be on his way to recovery soon!”
Alligators are a common sight in Florida with an estimated 1.3 million across all 67 counties according to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
From 1948 to 2021, 442 unprovoked alligator bite incidents occurred in Florida with 26 of the bites resulted in people being killed.
Recently a teenager revealed how he escaped an alligator that attacked and got hold of his leg by punching the reptile, suffering only minor injuries in the process.
Gabriel Klimis, 13, was with friends at Howell Creek near Orlando, Florida, when the terrifying incident occurred.

He attempted to cross the creek by jumping off a bridge using a rope when he felt the alligator attach to his leg.
Klimis began repeatedly punching the alligator while holding a stick on the shore to prevent the beast from dragging him into the water.
When the animal let go he ran to the nearest house and rang his mother who advised him to contact emergency services.
He remained calm, telling the 911 dispatcher: “Yeah, I can walk. I just got bit by a gator.”
“It just stings a bit but I'm good,” Klimis continued, describing his condition as “not bleeding too bad, but my skin's like open pretty good.”
Klimis said he didn't know what had happened to the gator after he made his escape.
After receiving stitches at a local hospital, Klimis was expected to make a full recovery.
