Mia Khalifa poses with Nazi-era champagne and blasts Israel on Twitter

Former porn star Mia Khalifa posted an anti-Isreal caption on a photo of her enjoying wine that was produced in Nazi-occupied France.

The 28-year-old is known for posting anti-Israel messages on social media since the conflict between the Jewish state and Hamas in Gaza began – however, her Twitter seemed more preoccupied with the wine she was drinking.

In the post, Mia is seen to be enjoying some vino as the post is captioned: “My wine is older than your apartheid ‘state.'”

However, eagle-eyed social media users spotted that one of the wine bottles dated back to before 1943 and was made in Nazi-occupied France during World War II.

One user said: "Owning the Jewish state by proudly drinking wine from Vichy France, about right, yes?"

Another said: "That's wine made in Nazi-occupied France babe, do better."

"A porn star drinking nazi wine & tweeting uneducated and inaccurate history really doesn’t deserve this much attention. Focus, people," another replied.

One user also pointed out that the state was "founded in the aftermath of World War II. You know: the war during which the Vichy wine you’re consuming was made."

However, Khalifia defended her statement Sunday, despite the ongoing backlash.

One user said: “Israel is the only country in the Middle East where you wouldn’t be stoned to death in the street” in reference to her porn career.

Khalifa replied: “I’ll take my chances in Saudi and Syria, that ‘born in Lebanon’ on my passport wouldn’t go over well in ‘Israel.'”

Khalifa, who shot to fame for her brief time in the adult industry in 2014, has previously discussed receiving ISIS death threats as recently as 2018 over a scene she filmed in a hijab.
