Online retailers have come under fire on social media for selling offensive merchandise mocking Afghan people who tragically fell to their deaths attempting to flee the Taliban.
Shocking footage earlier this week showed multiple civilians falling to their death from a U.S. Air Force jet as it took off from Kabul airport.
Desperate people, including a teenage footballer, clung on to the plane's landing gear as the Taliban militants took hold of the capital.
Just days after the tragic incident, online retailers, including popular website Etsy, were seen listing T-shirts sporting illustrations of two people falling out of the plane.
One T-shirt sported the caption, "Kabul Skydiving Club Est. 2021."
"Featuring the scene of the plane flying in the sky and suddenly, there are two people falling from it, the Kabul Skydiving Club Shirt is officially becoming a phenomenon and goes viral on the Internet after that!," read the item's description on TShirtAtLowPrice.com.
The sickening tee was being sold in a variety of colours and sizes.

Despite Etsy hosting a third party seller who was listing the clothing on the platform, social media users have criticised the retailer for not having better control of what can be posted on their website.
"Hey @Etsy why do you allow sellers to sell inhumane products like this making fun of people dying? How do I report this seller?" wrote one Twitter user.
"This is disgusting," an Instagram user wrote.
"Not even a week and @etsy allows for the terror the US caused to be profited over w shirts.. mocking the deaths of Afghans desperately and humiliatingly attempted to flee Afghanistan by clenching onto an aircraft, falling to their deaths.
"@etsy you're disgusting."

Another Twitter user said: "I understand it's not you but the sellers who are making these. But you can take action, so please do!"
"This is genuinely so disturbing. What kind of awful person would make or buy a T-shirt like that?" said another.
Although Etsy has not yet released a public statement to address the controversy, the shirts are no longer available for purchase on their website.
The Daily Star has contacted Etsy and TShirtAtLowPrice.com for comment.
