Who is Julia Wandelt?
Julia Wandelt is a 21-year-old from Poland, who claims to be Madeleine McCann.
Wandelt has gone viral after suggesting that she may be the missing child, who disappeared in 2007.
She has also stated her intention to get in touch with Kate and Gerry McCann, as she doesn't remember a lot of her life growing up, and claims to not have any recollection of her childhood.

She has made her claims on TikTok, under an account called @iammadeleinemccann.

She has claimed that the missing girl’s family have asked her to take a DNA test.
Wandelt has said that she has moles in similar positions to Madeleine and also showed that she had a marking in her eye, similar to Maddie's coloboma, which means her pupil is a different shape.
McCann was born in May 2003 – making her 19 years old now – and Wandelt has claimed her own age of 21 could be incorrect.
A source close to the McCanns told The Mirror: “The family are taking no chances, they are willing to look at all leads. It is important they look at all of the factors. The girl does look similar. There’s no disputing that.

When did Madeleine McCann go missing?
Maddie vanished from an apartment in Praia da Luz, Portugal in May 2007.
She was snatched at night from her bed in a room she was sharing with her twin brother and sister who were sleeping in travel cots.
She was sleeping in a holiday apartment, while her parents were dining at a nearby restaurant.
Her siblings were left in the room, and appeared to have slept through the abduction.
