A woman in India has been accused of hacking her husband to death after glueing his eyes, ears and mouth shut in a sickening crime.
The couple, named locally as Munna and Julie Gupta, reportedly got into a fight after the husband confronted his wife after discovering she had an affair.
Officials say the victim's body was recovered from his wife's car, which Julie and her parents were in at the time.
They were said to be on their way to burn Munna's body when they were intercepted by a police patrol vehicle.
The Deccan Herald reports that the horrifying incident took place in Gaya in the northern Indian state of Bihar.
Munna is said to have earlier caught wife Julie red-handed with her lover in a compromising position.
The couple rowed, before starting to physically fight.
In the meantime, Julie's parents Durga Shaw and Sanju Devi also joined in the brawl and began to assault Munna, overpowering him.
While Munna lay unconscious, his wife put Fevikwik glue into his eyes, ears and mouth, before reportedly hacking him to death with a sharp-edged knife.

Julie's parents were reportedly intercepted by police on their way to a petrol station to buy fuel so they could burn Munna's body.
When they were caught, they fled, leaving the body behind.
Police then arrested Julie, who revealed all about her crimes.
"We have arrested Julie. Based on her statement, we have arrested her father and mother who helped her in committing the crime," Aditya Kumar from Gaya Police said.
"All the accused have admitted their involvement in the murder. Raids are on to nab the other two absconding persons."
It is the latest horrific crime to make the news in India.
On Monday, it was reported that a man shot his married cousin before killing himself because he was in love with her.
The gunman is said to have visited his cousin in the village of Devkinandanpura, Jaipur, and after talking to her, pulled out a pistol and shot her in the head at point-blank range, before turning the gun on himself.
