Controversial social media influencer Andrew Tate used to scavenge fast food from chicken chain KFC in order to survive.
Before becoming a millionaire with 33 cars, Tate and brother Tristan – who are currently both being held in a Romania prison for 30 days while an investigation into alleged human trafficking and rape is carried out – were broke.
And prior to Tate, whose real name is Emory Andrew Tate III, shooting to fame during an infamous appearance on the UK's Big Brother, he would also freeze the chicken and live off it.

The brothers scavenged for leftover chicken from the buckets of other paying customer who had left without finishing.
Speaking about that period in his life a few years, the former kick-boxer's brother Tristan said: “Why did we eat KFC because when I was 21, me and Andrew used to have no food.
“I used to drive to the KFC restaurant, and I used to sit in my car, and you couldn’t ever eat anyone’s leftover food if they ever had their mouths on it.
“But at KFC, they used to buy buckets, and I would sit and wait for people to sit outside, eat their meal, and leave their bucket on the table.

“I used to go and take that bucket, three or four pieces of chicken, and I used to collect 20 , 30, 40 pieces of chicken.
“I used to go home and I used to freeze that chicken, and me and Andrew would break it up, put it in our rice, and that was our meal.”
The Tate brothers were arrested on Thursday (December 29), with Romanian officials agreeing to keep the pair locked up for 30 days while an investigation is carried out.

Prosecutors said: "The four suspects … appear to have created an organised crime group with the purpose of recruiting, housing and exploiting women by forcing them to create pornographic content meant to be seen on specialised websites for a cost.
"They would have gained important sums of money."
A spokesman for Andrew Tate said: “We cannot provide any details at the moment regarding alleged reports that they have been detained; however, Andrew and Tristan Tate have the utmost respect for the Romanian authorities and will always assist and help in any way they can.”
